We provide one-on-one filing assistance services for startup and established nonprofits across California that have formed — or intend to form — as a Public Charity, California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and Apply for State-level and/or Federal-level Tax Exempt Status. This service is 100% free of charge for a limited time only and designed for pre-established and emerging nonprofit organizations making between $0 - $50k in Annual Gross Receipts. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal opinions, selections, or advice.

Filing Assistance
Under your direction, we assist you with one-on-one administrative filing support. After you've made your legal decisions and determinations, come to us and we'll ensure your data is properly filed and submitted to the appropriate institution. Attorney Approved Information & Materials
We provide general published factual information and resources that have been written or approved by an attorney to assist you in the complete formation of your nonprofit corporation from start to finish. Need further guidance?
Secure Progress Tracking & Formation Document Storage
We provide our clients with a private Client Portal experience where they are able to complete their onboarding, visually track their filing progress, store key formation documents, receive annual compliance reminders, and more. All in one place.

Executive Director
With close to a decade of experience in youth & community development, Brooke Tarver serves as the Executive Director of Sow to Good Soil. Brooke has served as an estate manager to a multi-million-dollar estate with precision and integrity, led nonprofit finance operations, co-created a social platform for college students, and led hands-on life-skill courses for justice-system-involved parents and children from low-income communities. She brings wisdom, expertise and a heart to serve to her position as Sow to Good Soil's Executive Director.
